All our studios are fully furnished, clean, and well maintained, in convenient locations only 3-8 min. walk to the closest MRT station.

Perfect for a single person or a couple to stay for a semester!

Please tell us where you are from, what school(s) you will be doing the exchange at, your lease start/end dates, what you are looking for (2 or 3-bedroom apartment), your total budget per month, and special needs/conditions.

Most landlords in Taiwan will not wait for longer than 1-2 weeks for the lease to start. We will upload available units before each semester begins and you can secure an unit through us.

A: Don’t be surprised, the average age of the buildings in Taipei is 33 years old. However, we do our best to find rental unit buildings that are less than 20 years old.

B: The normal rental term in Taiwan is ‘1-year,’ if you are going to be studying for 5-6 months, it is considered as a short-term rental here. In other words, it will be a bit pricier because the rent also depends on the length of stay.

C: To move-in (get the apartment key), you need to pay 3 months of rents; first month rent + 2 months of Security Deposit (this will be given back to you before you move-out after the final apartment inspection)

We highly recommend you to prepare enough cash in Taiwan dollars before you arrive, ATM will have a daily withdraw limit depending on your banks

" Mangoroc helped us to find an awesome 2 bedrooms apartment right across the street from NTU. We love the convenience and the food here in Gonguan. Thank you Mangoroc!"
